Don’t Get in a Tizz — It’s Simpler Than It Looks!

I get it.

You open up this week’s meal plan, spot a recipe like Kung Pao Cauli ‘n’ Rice, and the first thing you notice is… that long list of ingredients and a two-step method.

And you think, “No way. That’s too much!”

But before you scroll on or overthink it, take a deep breath. Then… take a moment to actually read it.

Because here’s the truth — what looks complicated on paper is often surprisingly simple in practice.

Let’s break it down together 👇

  1. You’ve got rice. Easy! You already know how to cook that.

  2. You’ve got cauliflower and chives. Also simple to buy and prepare.

  3. And now — thanks to your growing pantry — you already have most of the “extras” that used to feel unfamiliar: buckwheat flour, arrowroot powder, garlic powder, sumac powder… all right there within reach.

  4. The sauce? Super easy. You just mix together tamari, water, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, and one of your GutStrong essentials — the GCG blend.
