Wk13 Spring Nourish and Thrive Meal Plan

If there’s one thing that makes or breaks your success with your Weekly Nourish & Thrive Meal Plan plan, it’s this… preparation.

Here’s the truth — when you make time to prep, everything else becomes effortless. You’ll open the fridge and see ingredients ready to go. Dinner won’t feel like a mountain to climb. And your gut will thank you because you’ll stay consistent.

Here’s what I’ve found works best…
✨ Prep on the day you shop (my personal preference!)
✨ Or set aside time the next day — Sunday is perfect for most.
✨ At first, it will feel like it takes forever. Stick with it. It gets quicker every single week.

A few pro tips…

🦋 Sit while you prep — you don’t always have to stand at the counter.
🦋 Take microbreaks — You know this well e.g. SDH and barefoot walks.
🦋 Break it up — two shorter slots can be easier than one long one.

Here’s how we do it at our house… On Saturdays we hit the gym at 8am, have a leisurely breakfast afterwards, head to the shops around 12pm, back by 2pm, then prep together (yes, hint hint — rope in your family, it’s not all your job!). We’re always done by 4pm. Sometimes we swap to Sunday after breakfast instead.

And here’s the best part… you get to choose how you enjoy the experience of shopping and preparation. In our house, it’s such a great time to hang out together. Honestly — what could be more romantic than cooking nourishing meals side by side, knowing you’re building health together?

The takeaway? Prep isn’t just about chopping vegetables — it’s about creating ease for your future self.

With (gut) love, Nat 💚
