I’m not sharing my story to impress you, but to show you what is possible.
That’s me on the left, in my mid-40s, when my health was at its lowest. I was bedridden for weeks at a time with chronic back pain, carrying 15 extra kilos, battling constant fatigue, itchy skin, digestive issues, food intolerances, severe menopause symptoms, and emotional highs and lows that left me feeling like a shadow of myself.

That experience became the turning point that led me into Nutritional Medicine and the science of the Gut Microbiome. I returned to study, immersed myself in more than 2,500 research papers, and completely changed the direction of my life. What began as a personal search for answers became the foundation of my evidence-based gut health programs, resources, and support for women.

Today, at 62, I am stronger, healthier, and more vibrant than I was in my 30s. I have now helped more than 1,000 women around the world improve bloating, low energy, poor sleep, cravings, weight struggles, digestive symptoms, and menopause-related health concerns through food, lifestyle, and microbiome-focused support.
