    My journey began in my mid 40s, when chronic back pain left me bedridden for weeks at a time. Not to mention the relentless fatigue, weight gain, and severe digestive distress.

    That personal health crisis became the catalyst for a return to study in Nutrition. With an intensive deep dive into the gut microbiome—researching over 2,500 scientific studies—coupled with over 30-yrs of teaching I developed practical, evidence-based tools that truly transform health.

    Now, at 61, I’m in better shape than ever, and I’ve dedicated my career to guiding women through the same life-changing process. My work has been featured in books, magazines, podcasts, and radio, but my greatest passion is taking cutting-edge research and translating it into simple, actionable strategies that deliver real results—no gimmicks, no fads.

    As a wife, mother of three adult children, grandmother of three and daughter to aging parents… I know what it’s like to juggle life and health.
