Busiest year of her life More energy than ever

In this free training, I’ll explain the connection between your gut microbiome, menopause and your symptoms, so you can see what may be getting in the way of your own results.

Big year... big transformation
”I have achieved amazing things while being the busiest I have ever been: my daughter’s wedding, Christmas, and starting a new job. I have lost 19kg and 21cm from my waist. I am pain free and haven’t taken pain killers for 7 months. I no longer feel bloated and uncomfortable every day. I can move and dress with confidence. I have energy. I have clarity of mind. And I sleep like a (good) baby” Kerry, 53

Meet your host

Hi, I’m Natalie

I’m 63, a wife, a mum to 3 adult children with four gorgeous grandchildren, I know how full a woman’s life gets, and how easy it is to put yourself last.

In my late 40s, I didn’t recognise myself. The weight crept on, and I was carrying an extra 15kg. I was in pain. I had no energy, and I was exhausted in a way sleep never fixed. My list of symptoms kept growing, and so did the shelf full of medications. I was tired and worn down.

Every doctor told me it was "just part of ageing and menopause". It felt like I was disappearing. If you’ve ever been told to accept it, or wondered whether this is just how the rest of your life will feel, I understand.

Then one night a back spasm left me collapsed on the bathroom floor with a 6cm cut to my forehead. In hospital I asked myself, “What am I missing?” I left high school teaching and went back to study Nutritional Medicine and found the missing piece nobody had given me: the gut microbiome, which research links to weight, digestion, hormones, immunity, mood and inflammation.

Today I’m more than 16 years pain-free and medication-free, maintaining a healthy weight, with steady energy and no symptoms through menopause, because I changed the way I look after my gut.

I’m a qualified Nutritional Medicine and Gut Health Practitioner and the author of the best-selling ‘Gut Health Recipe Compendium’. I’ve spoken at events in the UK, Australia, Japan and Canada, and I’ve worked with over 1000 women worldwide.

I’d love you to join me live, so you can ask me your questions.

Real Results From Real Women

GutStrong members in their 50s and 60s, in their own words.

From exhausted to energised
“ As a wife, mum and working full time, I was exhausted at the end of each day. A few months on, my blood results show my cholesterol is much lower (7.2 to 5.6) and I’m no longer pre-diabetic. I have a lot more energy to stay active through the day, I’m sleeping well, I’m not bloated or lethargic, no more constipation, healthy nails and skin, and my aches and pains have disappeared.”

Tania, 52

More than I hoped for
“ I struggled with lack of energy, motivation, brain fog and an increasing waistline. I also had back and joint pain and frequent headaches. My back and joint pain has gone. No more headaches. The brain fog is completely gone. I no longer need afternoon naps and have energy and motivation to get up in the morning. I lost 10kg and, for the first time since my 20s, I have a waist.”

Sandra, 61

Loving the new me
“ I started on the 17th of December, a bold decision before Christmas, but I remember Nat saying, ‘When is the right time?’ I’ve lost about 20kg, I’m no longer pre-diabetic, my cholesterol is normal, I have loads of energy, my joint pain has improved and the lethargy is gone. My psoriasis has greatly improved, only have small scaly patches behind my ears and no inflammation. Loving the new me!”
